From the bare-necked CHICKENS “Court of Nobles” bred free to roam under groves to PIGS “Our Sire” bred wild and semi-wild on the slopes of the hills of Reggio Emilia. And then our pride: Piedmontese SCOTTONA breed of the 5IT Rizzieri project.

In collaboration with farm to origins of the Zaggia brothers and Maculan farm, Piedmontese scottona breed of the 5IT Rizzieri:

– Slaughtered in Italy
– Our fifth IT is the production of the feed for the animals which is done at least 90% on-site by the farm itself!
